Your $999 Reservation Payment reserves your Lux & Noir Boudoir Session and includes:
- $499 Session Fee for your fully guided boudoir photography experience
- $500 Artwork Deposit applied toward the portraits you purchase from your session
- Professional hair and makeup
- Access to the Lux & Noir Boudoir Closet
- Wardrobe guidance
- Professional posing and expression direction
- One private Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment
The $999 Reservation Payment does not include digital photographs, albums, wall art, prints, or other portrait products unless specifically stated in a written promotional or prepaid offer.
ARTWORK PURCHASE
The minimum portrait purchase for a Full Glam Boudoir Session is $1,499.
Your $500 Artwork Deposit is applied toward this minimum.
Curated portrait collections begin at $1,999, with the final investment depending on the photographs, album, digital images, wall art, and other artwork you choose.
There is no requirement to purchase beyond the applicable minimum.
PREPAYMENT BENEFIT
Clients who prepay a qualifying portrait collection by the applicable deadline receive an additional $500 Artwork Credit toward the qualifying collection.
Qualifying prepaid collections may also include bonus sets, props, products, or other special inclusions.
ORDERING APPOINTMENT
One private Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is included.
Clients who have not prepaid a qualifying collection generally complete their ordering appointment in person.
Clients who prepay a qualifying collection may qualify for a Zoom Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
This is when you will view your photographs and choose the images and artwork you would like to purchase.
RESCHEDULING
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when you provide at least 14 calendar days' notice.
A $300 Rescheduling Fee applies if:
- Your first reschedule is requested less than 14 calendar days before your session, or
- You request a second or subsequent reschedule, regardless of notice
Replacement dates are subject to Studio, Photographer, and hair and makeup artist availability.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your photography session without rescheduling, the Session Fee and Artwork Deposit are nonrefundable, except where otherwise provided by your signed agreement or required by law.
PRIVACY
Your photographs are never publicly used simply because you booked a session.
You will select your own privacy and Model & Media Release preferences before signing your Boudoir Photography Contract.
Finished retouched portraits and behind-the-scenes, video, audio, and interview content are treated as separate permissions.
Paid Advertising is also a separate permission.
Your documented privacy selections and specific restrictions will be honored.
