If you are thinking about booking a session, the retainer fee will not be this low again. There are a limited number of these sessions available and when they are sold out, the will be done. This is good for weekday sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only and must be held by 11/30/23.
Boudoir Retainer fee is non-refundable. You are allowed one reschedule if more than 14 days notice. Photographs are never used for marketing purposes or advertising without clients express written permission to do so. The retainer fee is for the shoot itself and professional hair and makeup. It does not include any prints or products. You make your purchasing decisions at an ordering appointment immediately after your shoot. The albums start at $999. That is for a 5x7 little black book with 10 photographs and the investment options go up from there. Some clients spend $999, most spend more than that, and a few even spend several thousand. What a client ends up investing depends on many things including how many images you want, what type of album you want, if you want wall art or digital files, etc. Every client is different! To help with the investment, I take credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and After Pay. and pre-payment plans.
RESCHEDULE / LATE ARRIVALS
In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a photographic event, the retainer shall be applied to a rescheduled event if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Reschedule must be within the same calendar year. Any Client that is late arriving to the event will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the event. Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the event due to late arrival of the Client.
Since this is a special offer, the reschedule will be a full session fee and you will be billed for the difference. If the Client fails to show or cancels 14 or less calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the retainer shall be forfeited. You get one reschedule as long as it’s more than 14 days out from your session. Exceptions will be made for illnesses, just email the studio a Dr note or test results and we will waive the reschedule fee. If you reschedule within 14 days your reschedule fee is a full session fee. After your first reschedule, a prepayment plan of minimum of the Blush Collection is required. If you are a no-show to your appointment and purchased a discounted session fee, you will be billed for the full session fee amount.
